- Five tickets for Drive an Unregistered Vehicle which carries a fine of $298
- One ticket for Speeding (128 km/hr in a 100 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $416
- One ticket for Disobey Traffic Control Device Namely Red Light which carries a fine of $203
- Three tickets for not wearing a seatbelt while operating a motor vehicle which carries a fine of $298
- Two tickets for Driving while unregistered which carries a fine of $298
- One ticket for trespassing which carries a fine of $672
- One ticket for Speeding (85 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $246
- One ticket for Speeding (86 km/hr in a 70 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $259
- One ticket for Speeding (85 km/hr in a 70 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $246
- One ticket for Speeding (131 km/hr in a 100 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $456
- One ticket for Speeding (127 km/hr in a 100 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $403
- One ticket for unlawful trasportation of liquor in motor vehicle which carries a fine of $237

September 5th, 2023
Morden Police were alerted by a local resident of gift card frauds. The fraud targets people and gets them to send the front and back of credit cards. Police advise you to call if you receive any suspicious emails or text messages before giving out any personal information.
Police were dispatched to a local business regarding damage to property. Police arrived on scene to find a large glass window had been shattered. The investigation is ongoing.
September 6th, 2023
Police were dispatched to Mountain Street and North Railway Street for a two-vehicle collision. Morden Fire and Rescue and EMS arrived on scene, no injuries reported and both vehicles towed from scene. Police cleared.
September 7th, 2023
Police were dispatched to Mountain Street and Thornhill Street for a two-vehicle collision. No injuries were reported and both vehicles towed from the scene. Police cleared.
At 3:05 pm police received a report of a local female known to be on conditions who was breaching. The female was arrested for Failing to Comply with an Undertaking condition and is to attend Morden Provincial Court in November.
September 8th, 2023
At 11:37 pm, police were dispatched to a local residence for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. Police arrived at the house to find a male who is known to be on conditions not to attend that residence. The 28-year-old male was arrested for Failing to Comply with Undertaking and is to attend Morden Provincial Court in November.
While on general patrol, police conducted a traffic stop and subsequently located a loaded firearm in the vehicle. The 31-year-old male was arrested for unlawful transportation of a firearm and released on an Appearance Notice to attend Morden Provincial Court in November.
September 12th, 2023
Received an endorsed warrant for 19-year-old Corey Leighton LITTLEJOHN for failing to attend court.
September 13th, 2023
Police were dispatched to a local residence for a male who was intoxicated. Police arrived on scene along with EMS, the 30-year-old male was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and transported to hospital for assessment. He was later released without charges.
Received an endorsed warrant for 44-year-old Marilyn LAMINI for breaching her Probation Order.
September 14th, 2023
Police were dispatched to a local residence regarding a male who was on conditions to not attend that residence. Police arrived on scene, identified the male, and confirmed the conditions to not attend that address or be in contact with the homeowner. The 28-year-old male was arrested for failing to comply with Undertaking x2.
While on general patrol police were dispatched to a local residence regarding an intoxicated female causing a disturbance. Police arrived to find the 52-year-old female intoxicated and yelling, she was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and was released without charges once sober.
September 15th, 2023
At 3:45 pm, police were dispatched to a local school regarding a suspicious male. Police arrived and found the male to be on conditions not to attend a school or communicate with any youth under 16 years of age. He was arrested for failing to comply with release order x4 and was remanded into custody in Winnipeg.
While on MPI road watch, police observed a vehicle travelling with a burnt-out taillight. Police conducted a traffic stop and detected an odor of liquor coming from the vehicle. Police made a demand for the driver to provide a sample of their breath of the Roadside Screening Device which resulted in a “warn” reading. The driver was issued a 30-day driving suspension and a 3-day vehicle impoundment along with a $600 administration penalty.

Police made demand for the driver to provide a sample of their breath of the Roadside Screening Device which resulted in a “warn” reading. The driver was issued a 72-hour driving suspension and a 3-day vehicle impoundment along with a $400 administration penalty.
