- One ticket for Disobey Traffic Control Device namely Stop Sign which carries a fine of $203
- One ticket for Use of Cellular Phone while driving a vehicle which carries a fine of $672 along with a 3-day driving suspension.
- One ticket for Improper side window tinting which carries a fine of $174
- Two tickets for Drive while Disqualified which carries a fine of $672 along with a 30-day vehicle suspension
- One ticket for Novice Driver Operate a vehicle without a supervised driver which carries a fine of $203
- One ticket for Fail to Produce Licence which carries a fine of $113

Police received a report of a stolen utility trailer from the area of 9th Street South and Jefferson Street. Police are continuing to investigate.
August 28th, 2025
At 1:00am, Police were dispatched to a local residence for a report of an assault. Police arrived at the residence and arrested the 48-year-old male for assault. He was released on an Undertaking to attend Morden Provincial Court in November.
At 11:00am, police were dispatched to a local residence for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. The 31-year-old male was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. He was released without charges.
While on general patrol, police conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle. Investigation led to a search by K9 PSD Ice who located illegal drugs inside the vehicle. The three vehicle occupants were arrested for possession of controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. A 47 year-old male and 31 year-old male were both remanded into custody and 22 year-old female was released on an Undertaking to attend court in November.
August 30th, 2025
While on general patrol, police observed a vehicle with severe damage and conducted a traffic stop. While speaking to the driver there was a strong odor of liquor coming from the driver. Police made a demand for the driver to provide a sample of their breath on the Roadside Screening Device which resulted in a warn reading. The driver was issued a 72-hour driving suspension and a 3-day vehicle impound along with a $400 fine.
At 11:00pm, police were dispatched to a local residence for a female causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Police attended and arrested the 37-year-old female under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act. She was lodged in cells until sober and released without charges.
EMS requested police assist with a male causing a disturbance. Police arrested the male under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. He was released without charges.
August 31st, 2025
While on general patrol, police were waved down by a male needing assistance with his girlfriend. Police spoke with the female who was intoxicated, she was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells. She was released once sober with no charges.
September 1st, 2025
While on general patrol, police observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed. Police conducted a traffic stop and upon further investigation the male driver submitted to a roadside screen device, which resulted in a fail reading. The driver was issued a 90-day driving suspension and a 30-day vehicle impound along with a $700 fine. The driver was also issued 2 tickets for drive without valid driver’s licence which carries a fine of $298 and speeding which carries a fine of $927.
September 2nd, 2025
At 9:30pm, police were dispatched to a residence for a report of an assault in progress. Police arrived on scene and arrested the 76-year-old male for assault. He was released on an Undertaking to attend Morden Provincial Court in December.
Police received an endorsed warrant for a 33-year-old male for failing to attend court. He was arrested on the strength of the warrant and released on an Appearance Notice to attend Morden Provincial Court in November.
Police received an endorsed warrant for Sheldon Harper for Failing to attend Court.
September 3rd, 2025
Police were dispatched to the intersection of Route 100 and Thornhill St for a two vehicle collision. Police arrived on scene and no injuries were reported.
September 5th, 2025
While on general patrol, police received a report of a male walking who seemed to be intoxicated. Upon further checks of the male, it showed he was breaching his release order conditions. The 24-year-old male was arrested for fail to comply with a release order and remanded into custody.
September 8th, 2025
Police were dispatched to assist EMS with a patient who was causing a disturbance. Police arrived and assisted with transport to the local hospital.
September 11th, 2025
At 1:00am, police were dispatched to a local residence for a report of a smashed screen door. Police are continuing to investigate.
September 13th, 2025
While on general patrol, police were waved down at a local business. Police observed a male causing a disturbance and refusing to leave, he was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells. He was released once sober with no charges.
