During this reporting period, MPS issued:
- One ticket for Disobey Traffic Control Device namely Red Light which carries a fine of $203
- One ticket for Driving Unregistered Vehicle which carries a fine of $298
January 23rd, 2023
Police received a call from a male stating that someone broke into his Dodge truck sometime in the night. He reported that no damage was done to the vehicle but the vehicle had been gone through and a graduation ring and tools were missing from the truck.
Police were dispatched to a local residence regarding a break and enter. The caller stated that his garage and two vehicles had been gone through and cash and Tim Horton’s gift cards were taken. No damage to either vehicle.
January 24th, 2023
Police received a warrant for 22-year-old Joseph Alec NELSON for failing to attend Morden Provincial Court and Morden Police Service on January 24th, 2023.
January 25th, 2023
Police received a warrant for ********** for failing to comply with Probation Order. This matter has been resolved.
January 27th, 2023
Police received a call reporting an intoxicated female at a local residence was refusing to leave. The 34-year-old was intoxicated and was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. She was released in the morning with no charges.
