At 10:10 am, police were dispatched to Mountain Street and Thornhill Street in regards to a truck that knocked over a light standard. Police spoke with the driver who stated he was attempting to turn left on Thornhill Street from Mountain Street when his auger made contact with the light standard. Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation was made aware of the damage to the light. No charges were laid as a result of this.
Morden Police received a report of a historical sexual assault against a minor. Police are continuing to investigate this matter.
