- One ticket for Speeding in a Construction Zone (79 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $548
- One ticket for Speeding in a Construction Zone (85 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $705
- One ticket for Speeding in a Construction Zone (83 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $652
- One ticket for Speeding in a Construction Zone (76 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $469
- One ticket for Speeding in a Construction Zone (74 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $416
- Two tickets for Speeding (122 km/hr in a 100 km/hr zone) which carries a fine of $338

August 21st, 2023
At 10:50 pm, police received a report of an intoxicated person laying on the ground near the Youth for Christ. Police attended and spoke to the female who complained about pain from falling. EMS attended and transported the female to the hospital for treatment. Police were called to Boundary Trails Hospital to assist as the female had fled. She was located and arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act. Once released from the hospital she was lodged in cells until sober. She was released without charges.

Police received a report of a break enter and theft to a residence on South Railway Street. Police are continuing their investigation.

August 24th, 2023
At 9:20 pm, police were dispatched to a residence regarding a male who was refusing to leave. Before police arrived the male left the residence but had damaged the wall inside the home. The suspect was located walking down the roadway and was arrested for Mischief Under $5000. The 28 year old Morden resident was released on an Undertaking to appear in Morden Provincial Court in November.
August 25th, 2023
While conducting a walk through in a local establishment police observed a male who is known to be on conditions, walk into the bar area. The 47 year old Morden resident was arrested for Failing to Comply with his Conditional Sentence Order and remanded into custody.
August 26th, 2023
Police were dispatched to a residence regarding two people fighting. Police attended and spoke to the male who was intoxicated and refusing to leave the residence. The 18 year old Winkler resident was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act. Police subsequently located bear spray in the bag the male was carrying. The male was informed he was under arrest for Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose and released on an Undertaking once sober.
At 12:25 am, police were advised of a male who continued to attempt to gain entry to a local establishment after being told he was no longer allowed inside. The male was located and advised he had to leave but he refused. The 25 year old Morden resident was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act. While police were attempting to handcuff the male, a female attempted to take the bag that he was carrying. Police told the female to stop but she refused and was placed under arrest for Obstructing a Peace Officer. She continued to pull away from the police, yelling and swearing and kicking at the police. The 43 year old female was arrested for Obstructing a Peace Officer, Resist Arrest and two counts of Assault a Peace Officer. She was released on an Undertaking to attend Morden Provincial Court. The male was released the next day when sober.
Police were dispatched to a local establishment regarding a male who refused to leave. The male advised police that he had been assaulted by another male. The 61 year old Morden resident was arrested for Assault and released on an Undertaking to appear in Morden Provincial Court in November.
At 4:50 am, police were dispatched to a residence regarding a female causing a disturbance. Police arrived and subsequently contacted EMS who arrived and transported the female to the hospital for an assessment.
August 27th, 2023
While on general patrol, police could hear loud screaming coming from 4th Street. Police located a female who was highly intoxicated and screaming. The 20 year old female was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. She was released without charges.
Police were dispatched to a residence where an intoxicated male and female were arguing and keeping the remainder of the household awake. A female had been told to leave by the homeowner, but she refused to do so. Police removed the female where she received a caution for mischief and lodged under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act. She was later released when sober without charges.
Police received a report of a Mischief to a vehicle while it was parked at the Access Event Centre parking lot. The caller advised that she parked her black Chevrolet Cruze and when she returned there were dents on the hood and side of her vehicle and ketchup spread all over it.
