Police received a report of a scam call. A male received a call stating that he had won a prize but that he would have to purchase gift cards before the prize was released. The male purchased $3000 worth of gift cards and sent in the security codes off the back of the cards, allowing the scammer to access the money. He then realized that this was a scam and attended the office to make a report.

At 8:15 pm, Morden Police Service received a report of three youths on the roof of a church. Police attended the location and spoke with the witness who stated that the youths had come down from the roof and were now sitting behind the building. The apologetic youths were located and issued a verbal warning.

At 8:45 pm, police received a report of a suspicious male inside a gas station. The caller stated that the male entered the building, ate some food off the shelf and immediately left. Police located the male and informed him not to attend the gas station again at the request of the business.
