At 2:30 am, police were dispatched to a residence regarding a male who was causing a disturbance. Police attended and spoke to the homeowner who requested the highly intoxicated male be removed from the home as he was yelling at her and throwing items around the home. The 31-year-old male was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. He was released without charges.
December 27th, 2024
At 1:00 am, police were dispatched to a residence regarding a female who was intoxicated and causing problems. Police attended and located the female who was intoxicated and had nowhere to stay. The 54-year-old female was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. She was released without charges.

While on general patrol police observed a female being escorted out of a local business. She was yelling into the restaurant as she left and continued to yell while speaking to police. The 54-year-old female was heavily intoxicated and arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. She was released without charges.
At 2:40 pm, police were dispatched to a local business regarding a male who was intoxicated and causing problems. Police attended and located the male who was intoxicated, and he requested to be taken to the drunk tank. The 30-year-old male was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. He was released without charges.
December 29th, 2024
Police were dispatched to a local business regarding a male who had assaulted another male. The suspect was located outside the business and was intoxicated and acting aggressively towards the crowd. The male was arrested for Assault and Cause a Disturbance and lodged in cells until sober. The victim did not wish to pursue charges, but the business wanted the male banned from attending their business. The male was released from custody without charges.
At 5:00 pm, police were dispatched to assist ambulance with an intoxicated combative female. Police attended and arrested the 54-year-old female under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act. A 30-year-old male was also intoxicated and being combative with police refusing to return to his apartment. He was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act. Both the male and female were lodged in cells until sober and released without charges.
December 31st, 2024
Police were dispatched to the intersection of Thornhill and Mountain Street in Morden for a 2-vehicle collision. Morden Fire and Rescue along with EMS arrived on scene and both drivers reported no injuries. One ticket was issued for Failing to Stop at Red Light which carries a fine of $203. Both the vehicles were towed from the scene and police cleared.

At 5:50 am, police were dispatched to a local residence for a female causing a disturbance. Police arrived on scene and found an intoxicated female who requested police remove her. A 54-year-old female was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. She was released without charges.

At 1:57 am, police were dispatched to an alarm call at the Minnawasta Golf Course. Police arrived on scene along with Morden Fire and Rescue to find the building engulfed in large flames. Morden Police Service is continuing their investigation.
January 6th, 2025
Police were dispatched along with EMS regarding an intoxicated female. EMS cleared as no injuries were reported and the female was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. She was released without charges.
