Police received a complaint of a large gathering at a residence. Police attended and spoke to the homeowner about the gathering and not following Public Health Orders. The homeowner advised they were having a wedding and following all the Health Orders. No charges were laid in this incident.
At 3:00 pm, police received a complaint of Identity Theft. The caller advised that he received information that he owed money for a bank account that he did not open. The bank account has been flagged and the caller is not responsible for the money owed. No charges were laid in this incident.
At 5:45 pm, police received a report that a semi hit the light standard at the corner of 1st Street and Thornhill Street. There was minor damage to one of the lights but they were still standing and in working condition. The semi did not remain at the accident scene and was not located by police.
