At 3:50 am, police were dispatched to a residence regarding an intoxicated male. The caller advised she wanted the male removed from the residence. The 55-year-old male was extremely intoxicated and had nowhere to stay. He was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged in cells until sober. He was released without charges.
Police received a report of a stolen yellow Rocky Mountain mountain bike. The bike was parked at the bike rack on the north side of Morden Collegiate from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
At 10:00 pm, police were dispatched to a residence regarding a male who was yelling and screaming and was on condition to not attend at the caller’s residence. Police attended and arrested the 25-year-old Winnipeg resident. He was charged with one count of Disobeying a Court Order and was released on an Appearance Notice for court in April.
