While on general patrol, police conducted a traffic stop and subsequent checks revealed the driver had a suspended license. The driver was issued a ticket for Drive While Disqualified which carries a fine of $672 and a ticket for Drive an Unregistered vehicle which carries a fine of $298. The vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
Morden Police received a call from a female stating that she was receiving threats from her brother in regards to a dispute over a vehicle. The brother was upset and threatened to damage her property if she didn’t return the vehicle. Police contacted the brother and issued a verbal warning.
At 5:50 pm, police received a call from an individual who was concerned about a camera that was watching their residence. Police attended and determined that the device in question was a Bluetooth speaker that was plugged in outside to charge.
