Morden Police received a report of construction tools that were stolen from a vehicle on Autumnwood Crescent overnight. Police are continuing to investigate this matter. Anyone with information regarding this matter is asked to call the Morden Police Service at 204-822-4900.
At 9:30 pm, police were dispatched to North Railway Street and 8th Street in regard to a dispute. The caller stated that they could see two men and a woman fighting. When police arrived on scene, they spoke with the female who stated she had been assaulted. The male suspect fled the scene but was arrested a short distance away. The victim declined to press charges and the male was held until sober under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act.
